How to make Kunafa sweets at home?

Best Kunafa Sweets Recipe:

250ml of milk

First of all, we need to make the cream for our recipe. We will add 250 milliliters of milk.

2TBSP of Sugar

add after the milk using a tablespoon

2TBSP Corn Flour

after adding Sugar add Corn Flour (Atta) of 2 tables Spoon

Now mix these three items well, and remember do not turn on Flame; you need to mix them at room temperature.

 five Cup of Water

 Now add ½ Cup of water to a Pan. Which weighs around 125 million Gram. 100g   Sugar

 Add 100gram of Sugar to water. Turn the Flame at a high level and for Sugar to melt properly.

 

 1 TSP Lemon Juice

 When Sugar melts down, Add one teaspoon of lemon juice. We added lemon juice to stop   crystallization. Otherwise, our Syrup will freeze after cooling down. Mix it well on medium flame

 

 1 TSP Kewra Essence

 Add one teaspoon of Kewra water, or you can use rose water instead.

 350g Vermicelli

We will Use Vermicelli for making Kunafa Because the Dough of Kunafa is Locally available in the Market. Vermicelli is easily available at home for everyone. Crush them well with your hands. Do not Crush to the powder.

 

 ½ Cup of Butter

You can see any butter, whether it is salted or unsalted. You can use oil instead of butter if you wish. Melt the Butter Properly.

 

1/8 TSP Food Color

Add 1/8 Tea Spoon of Food color to the melted butter. This is optional if you wish, you can ignore this step. Add properly mixed and melted butter to Vermicelli. Mix them with your hands

 

Now use No sticky Pan and coat it with butter properly so that Vermicelli would stick on it. Add half of the prepaid Vermicelli to the pan. And spread them in all areas equally. Now press it with a plane item so that its surface will be equally plane from the top. You can see any bowl or plate for this process.

Add Cream on this Firmed Vermicelli. In a way that it will cover all areas. Keep in mind that do not add cream on the corners. When cream touches the pan, it can stick with it. Now put the previously prepared pan on this Kunafa and flip it upside to the second pan so that its bottom side should face the roof. Kunafa has been prepared now and clarifies the shape of Kunafa with a Spatula. Now cook another side of Kunafa by turning on Flame. Add cook for 8 to 10 minutes at low flame.
